MODULAR HOUSES

WHAT ARE MODULAR HOUSES?

Modular houses consist of modules or repetitive sections. The modules are made in the factory, putting together materials in one element, which can be combined with other modules to create more rooms and more complex constructions.

The variations of combining a modular house are endless - putting them one after the other in one row, side by side, etc.

The module houses are transported to the construction site, where the last assembly works are performed. The construction process on site is kept to a minimum due to the degree of completion of the modular house. This in turn reduces the potential impact of weather compared to the on-site construction process. The result is high-quality, sealed, and energy-efficient modular homes.

ADVANTAGES OF MODULAR HOUSES

This type of home has numerous benefits that improve both the construction process and the quality of life in them.

Quality

As each module house module is transported to the construction site separately, it must withstand the transport and installation requirements as a whole. As each module is durable in itself, the set of modules is more durable than a structure built entirely on-site.

Adapting to Circumstances

Modular houses can be "built" in remote areas, where the construction of an ordinary house would become more expensive due to transport costs. The modular house is also advantageous in cases where it is necessary to provide shelter suitable for living very quickly.

Speed

The design features of the modular house ensure that the floor, walls, roof, rafters, and ceiling can be produced at the same time, which are assembled together as one whole shape. Of course, it is not possible to start the construction of a full-cycle on site - for example, it is not possible to install roof rafters before the load-bearing walls are completed. Thus, the production process for modular homes is halved.

Low Construction Costs

The main advantage of a modular house - construction requires much less money than other houses of construction. Due to the fact that modular houses are light, but at the same time very durable, it is not necessary to build the foundations of the house from solid and expensive materials.

There is no need to invest a lot of money in the interior decoration of the house, because the interior walls and ceilings of our house are already made of beams or finishing boards, which only need to be painted.

Design Options

Interior layout, roof slopes, ceiling heights, exterior and interior wall design can be changed depending on the customer's wishes and needs. There are no embedded standards.

CHARACTERISTICS OF MODULAR HOUSES

Eco-friendly insulators that improve the quality and energy saving of your home.

Energy Efficient

None of the building materials such as brick or concrete is comparable to wood in terms of energy efficiency.

Thanks to our construction technology, and insulation materials, the house premises can be heated faster in winter and retain heat for longer. In summer, the rooms are pleasantly cool, because our thick outer walls do not heat up from the heat of the sun.

Wooden modular houses allow you to reduce heating costs, as well as provide comfort in the home. The heating rate of our modular houses does not exceed 20-49 kWh per 1m2 per year.

Air Quality

Humidity levels in structures directly affect air quality in new buildings. As the modules are manufactured industrially using dry, suitable materials and cannot be affected by the environment, the modular house constructions maintain a minimum, acceptable level of humidity.
